Before buying or selling
NABAT Market policies
The market handles living, often one-of-one plants. Protection depends on honest photos, current availability and prompt action when something is wrong.
What to expect
Exact plant and condition
Listing photos must show the exact plant the buyer will receive, including flaws or damage. A material condition change requires the listing to pause and be reviewed again.
Freshness and availability
The seller reconfirms availability periodically, and buying pauses when that confirmation is stale. Sellers must pause immediately if the plant sells elsewhere or is no longer in the listed condition.
Verified business delivery
Individual sellers use NABAT pickup and delivery. Only a separately approved business may arrange its own delivery, with timing, service area and handoff recorded through NABAT.
NABAT pickup & delivery
When NABAT handles service, pickup from the seller and delivery follow the confirmed order area and time. Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days within Kuwait. Service outside the areas shown at checkout is not implied.
Arrival claims
Marketplace purchases: inspect the plant immediately and report any problem within 24 hours of recorded delivery — the seller is paid only after this window closes. Send photos of the packaging, the full plant and the affected area, and keep the plant and packaging until the review responds.
Cancellation and refunds
Because a listing may be one-of-one, cancellation may not be possible after pickup or delivery begins. Refunds depend on the condition, delivery and payment review and return to the original method when approved.
Auctions
An eligible seller may request an auction for a verified plant. It starts only after NABAT approves the plant and schedule. Eligible signed-in buyers may bid after accepting the buyer terms and completing any required verification. The winner must complete checkout within the stated window.
Privacy and communication
Sellers do not receive access to other customers or NABAT products. Only necessary delivery information is shared after an order, and communication and payment must remain in NABAT's approved flow.
