كوسا جنوة، نحيلة خضراء فاتحة بنكهة رقيقة. أزهارها كبيرة ومتماسكة وهي المناسبة للحشو والقلي. تُزرع في موسم الزراعة بالكويت من أكتوبر إلى مارس، في خلطة خفيفة جيدة التصريف مع إبقائها رطبة بانتظام حتى ظهور البادرات. التوصيل داخل الكويت خلال 1 إلى 4 أيام عمل.
