By using NABAT.co, you confirm that you are of legal age under the laws of your country of residence. Any use of the Services by minors under your supervision is your responsibility.

4. Products & Availability
All plants sold on NABAT are live, natural products.
Natural variations in size, shape, color, leaf structure, and appearance are normal and expected. Product images are provided for reference purposes only.
Product availability is subject to stock levels, seasonal conditions, and supplier availability. We do not guarantee that products will exactly match images or personal expectations.
5. Orders & Payments
Placing an order on NABAT.co constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation. NABAT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, delivery constraints, or suspected fraud.
All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Any applicable delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
NABAT delivers within Kuwait only, using its own delivery drivers or approved delivery partners.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders are typically delivered same day or within 1–2 business days, subject to location and operational conditions.
Customers must be available to receive their order at the provided delivery address. Full delivery terms, coverage, fees, and exclusions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, specific conditions, exclusions, and reporting time limits apply. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
8. Plant Care Responsibility
Proper care of plants after delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer.
NABAT is not liable for plant decline, damage, or loss resulting from improper watering, lighting, repotting, pest exposure, environmental conditions, or delayed reporting.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on NABAT.co, including text, images, graphics, branding, logos, and layout, is the property of NABAT or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:
• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to breach website security

Any liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the purchased product.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
