NABAT Shipping Policy
Effective Date: January 27, 2026

At NABAT, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery coverage, processing times, delivery fees, and shipment handling within Kuwait.


1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship domestically within Kuwait only.

International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Methods, Delivery Time & Costs

We offer fast local delivery across Kuwait with the following options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, location, weather, or operational conditions. All delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout based on order value and delivery location.


3. Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT+03:00) Kuwait Time are usually processed the same day
• Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day
• During peak periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer

You will be contacted once your order is prepared for delivery.


4. Delivery Coverage

We deliver within Kuwait, excluding remote or out-of-city areas, including but not limited to:

• Al Mutlaa (المطلاع)
• Kabd (كبد)
• Khairan (الخيران)
• Sabah Al Ahmad (صباح الأحمد)
• Wara / Abdally (العبدلي)
• Umm Al Haiman (أم الهيمان)
• Other remote or outside-city areas

If an order is placed for a non-service area, our team will contact you to cancel or adjust the order.


5. Delivery Updates

Once your order is out for delivery, our driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp with delivery timing updates.


6. Delivery of Live Plants

• Live plants are delivered fresh and carefully packaged
• Customers must inspect plants upon delivery
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours, in line with our Return & Refund Policy


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the delivery address:

• The driver will attempt to contact you by phone or WhatsApp
• A re-delivery may be scheduled
• Additional delivery fees may apply


8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

NABAT is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Incorrect or unreachable phone number

Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.


9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, NABAT is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and assist.


10. Google Merchant Center Compliance

This Shipping Policy complies with Google Merchant Center requirements by clearly stating:

• Shipping country: Kuwait
• Delivery times and costs shown at checkout
• Domestic shipping only
• Clear handling of delays, failed deliveries, and damaged items
• Physical products only
