At Nabat, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on our website.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be approved by our support team before being returned

Returns are not accepted for non-defective items or change-of-mind purchases.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective products only.

If you wish to exchange a defective item, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

• Contact Nabat Support within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue
• Include clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage
• Follow the return instructions provided after approval

Items sent back without prior approval may not be processed.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• No restocking fees apply

If a replacement is available, an exchange may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Return shipping costs for approved defective items are covered by Nabat
• Shipping costs are not refundable for non-defective items

6. Conditions Not Covered

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Non-defective products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery
• Used, altered, repotted, or modified items
• Items reported outside the 48-hour claim window

• Return eligibility: defective items only
