NABAT.co Return & Refund Policy

LIVE PLANTS 

Due to the nature of live plants, NABAT.co follows a 24-hour return and reporting policy in line with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law and standard market practice for perishable and living goods.

Any issue related to a live plant must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

ELIGIBLE CASES (WITHIN 24 HOURS ONLY)

A replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered if:

  • The plant arrives damaged

  • The plant arrives severely unhealthy or dead

  • The incorrect plant is delivered

Clear photos or videos must be provided within the 24-hour window for all claims.

NON-RETURNABLE LIVE PLANT CASES

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • Damage is caused by improper care, watering, lighting, or environment

  • The plant has been repotted, cut, altered, or treated

  • More than 24 hours have passed since delivery

  • There are natural variations in size, shape, or color, as each plant is unique

NON-PLANT ITEMS (POTS, SOIL, TOOLS, ACCESSORIES)

Non-plant items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return or report an issue:

  1. Contact NABAT.co customer support on hello@nabat.co within the eligible timeframe

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility

  4. Approved cases will receive a replacement, store credit, or refund

 

LEGAL RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your rights under Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014. Any unresolved dispute may be referred to the Consumer Protection Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI).
